Who is IntegraNet?
IntegraNet has been one of the largest physician networks in Houston for more than 13 years.  We are a company that represents more than 1100 physicians all over Houston.  We also contract with several major HMOs and PSOs to provide physicians a one-stop place for all their credentialing and plan affiliations for the health plans we offer.  Our goal is to help physicians add plans that fit by allowing physicians to use our contracts with the health plans- so they no longer need to directly contract with each plan.  We also help our contracted physicians resolve claims issues.  We primarily deal with Medicare and Medicaid plans currently.  We provide physicians and patients with health plans that enable low-cost, quality health care.  All of this helps physicians receive the financial and other rewards that they deserve by offering physicians and their patients great products such as Bravo! Health and WellCare®. By implementing Pay for Performance guidelines and objectives, we help our physicians achieve better reimbursements as their patients become healthier.

What is required to join IntegraNet?
There are absolutely no fees associated with being a member of IntegraNet.  We require that physicians complete and send us a Texas Standardized Credentialing application which can be found on our website at www.integranettx.com along with a signed IntegraNet contract (indicating which plans they wish to participate in) and a copy of the licensure and other standard credentialing information.  Please call us at 281-447-6800, option 0, and ask for Provider Relations should you wish to join.
