We have recently contracted with BRAVO! Health and WellCare®. We are extremely pleased to have added the following WellCare® Medicare Advantage Plans: Choice, Value, Dividend, and Advance to our portfolio of health plans.

In our recent contract with BRAVO! Health, we have added the following to our portfolio of Medicare Advantage Health Plans:

Bravo Classic (Medicare Advantage with Part D)
Bravo Gold (Medicare Advantage without Part D)
Bravo Select (Full Dual Eligible)
Healthy Heart (Special Needs Plan for patients with hypertension and/or high cholesterol)
