IntegraNet Benefits:   Many plans are beginning aggressive direct marketing campaigns, but if you are an IntegraNet contracted physician, please do not sign any direct contracts without checking first with our Provider Relations Staff at 281-447-6800, option 0. As such, you have a very valuable asset and instant clout with the Plans because there are more than 1100 doctors in our Network.  We are also one of the oldest and most respected IPAs in Houston.

This gives us the ability to negotiate higher reimbursements for you, and also gives your office one-stop credentialing for all the plans we represent.  We also provide another extremely important service for you should you need it, and that is claims/ health plan issues resolution.  We work with you and the Plans to settle disputes or non-payment issues you may be experiencing and also help resolve claim disputes.  We also offer billing and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) discounts.  We help physicians achieve better reimbursements via healther patients with our strong patient care and P4P requirements. Provider Changes:  Any provider changes such as address, Tax ID, physician status, or other changes including fax or phone numbers, should be sent, faxed or emailed to us in writing within 45 days.  We will notify your plans. Please note: the plans require that these updates be made within a 45-day window in order for your claims to be paid.  Also, if your practice is thinking about adding or has added a new physician recently, please let us know so that we can start the credentialing process right away.  For more information or for a copy of our change form, visit our website under Credentialing or give us a call at (281) 591-5261, and ask for Credentialing.

If your office is planning a move, please notify Integranet as soon as possible. Also, please notify Medicare and Medicaid at least 90 days before your move date in order to keep getting reimbursements in a timely manner after your move.
